ROAD IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MIS- 'j SOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING Ii AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH ASPHALT MACADAM.
