Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to procee
at once to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City of
�i Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
�i pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No. 92 "B" situated, )
'i mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of
ii this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which
said special and certified tax 'bills shall be signed by the Mayor
and attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to Alvin
I' Brunner Construction Company, the contractor of the work of con-
struction of the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by the
Charter of the City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and1�
ordering the construction of sewers in said Sewer District No. 92"Bi'
�! heretofore passed and approved by the Council.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

ij LOTS OR TRACKS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF GREEN,
li BERRY ROAD, FROM THE END OF THE PAVEMENT TO A POINT 477 FEET EAST
OF THE EAST LINE OF HOUGH PARK. ROAD IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MIS-
'j SOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING
Ii AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH ASPHALT MACADAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:1

Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the
rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of
this ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land front-
, ing or abutting on the roadway of Green Berry Road, from the end of
the pavement to a point 477 feet east of the east line of Hough Par
Road in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the ianprovement of the
roadway Green Berry Road aforesaid, including such grading as may
be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of
jl $6080.11 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and
the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said
Green Berry Road aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to
852.75, running feet; the cost price per running foot is $4.63 plush
11 $2.50 per lin. ft. for curb and gutter. .

Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement
'i of said roadway of Green Merry Road, from the end of the pavement

is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $4.63 as a special tax
against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway
