The name of each property owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of Vetter Lane from south Line of Miller Street, south 198 feet, 9 inches and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said block or street; between the Aforesaid streets and the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereb levied and assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said Vetter Lane street or the roadway from the south line of Miller Street south 19 feet, 9 inches. Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of the contractor Hunter Bros. Construction Co. for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in accordance with the Charter of said City in re- gard to said work.
