AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1701 OF ARTICLE XVII OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 5880, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
BY ADDING THERETO AN ADDITIONAL SUBPARAGRAPH TO BE KNOWN AS SUB-
PARAGRAPH NINETEEN (19 .) WHICH SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS : " 19.
BEAUTY PARLORS AND BARBER SHOPS , BUT ONLY IN "C" AND "D" DISTRICTS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1701 of .Article XVII of Ordinance Number
5880, the Zoning Ordinance, of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended by adding thereto a new subparagraph to be known as
subparagraph nineteen which shall read and states as follows :
19 . Beauty Parlors and Barber Shop, but only in "C" and
"D" Districts .
Section 2, In all other respects Section 1701 of Article
XVII, of Ordinance Number 5880 , shall be and remain the same as
passed and previously amended.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
