AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PER- jMITTING THE SAME TO BE OPERATED IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION ON JACKSON STREET BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF JACKSON STREET AND McCARTY STREET AND JACKSON STREET AND RUSSELL STREET, DECLARING VIOLATION IOF THE ORDINANCE TO BE A MISDEMEANOR, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIME CITY OF JEFFERSON, ( MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: jSection 1. One Way Street. It shall be unlawful for the iloperator of a motor vehicle -to permit the same to be operated in a southerly direction on Jackson Street between its intersections with McCarty Street and its intersection with Russell Street. Section 2. Misdemeanor. Anyone violating any of the terms lof this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. I� Section 3.
