AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL BUS UNLOADING ZONE
ON JACKSON STREET, AT THE EAST CURB THEREOF, BEGINNING AT THE NORTH
EAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF JACKSON STREET AITDMILLER STREET
AND EXTENDING NORTHERLY FOR A DISTANCE OF SEVENTY-FIVE (75) FEET,
AND PROHIBITING THE OPERA`1'OR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OTHER THAN A SCHOOL
BUS DRIVER FROM PARKING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITHIN THE AFOREMENTIONED
SCHOOL ZONE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. TO 7 :00 P.M. , MONDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY, INCLUSIVE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. School Bus Zone on Jackson Street. There is her -
by established and created a School. Bus Loading & Unloading Zone
along the east curb of Jackson Street beginning at the northeast
corner of the intersection of Jackson Street and Miller Street and
extending for a distance of seventy-five (75) feet north along
Jackson Street.
Section Z. Parking in School Bus Zone Prohibited When. It
shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle, other than
the driver of a school bus transporting children to the Simonsen
Junior High School or away therefrom, to park within the School Bus
Loading and Unloading Zone created by the preceding section between
the hours of 7 :00 a.m. and 7 :00 p.m. on Monday through Friday in-
clusive.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor .
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM PER-
MITTING THE SAME TO BE OPERATED IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ON HOUGH
PARK ROAD BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH DIXON DRIVE AND ITS INTER-
SECTION WITH MOREAU DRIVE AND GREENBERRY ROAD, DECLARING VIOLATION
OF THE ORDINANCE TO BE A MISDEMEANOR, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :

Section 1. One Way Street. It shall be unlawful for the
operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be operated in a II
northerly direction on Hough Park Road between its intersection
with Dixon Drive and its intersection withMoreau Drive and Greenber y
Road.
Section Z. Misdemeanor. Anyone violating any of the terms
