'ORDINANCE OF ACCEPTANCE OF PLAT OF SECTION II AND REPLAT OF BLOCKS
!'2 AND 3 OF SECTION ONE OF JORDAN HILLS SUBDIVISION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1
WHEREAS , Jack Jordan and Frances Jean Jordan, the owners of
'the following described tract lying, being and situate in the City
lof Jefferson, County of Cole, State of Missouri, to-wit :
Part of the South half of the Southwest quarter
of Section 35 , Township 45, Range 12, and more parti-
cularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of the said southwest
quarter, thence south 86 degrees 15 minutes west along
! the south line of said section, 1284.3 feet, to the
beginning point of this description; thence north 4
degrees 35 minutes west, 100 feet, thence north 86
degrees 15 minutes east, 100 feet, to the west line of
Binder Drive; thence north along the west line of Binder
Drive, 60 feet; thence south 86 degrees 15 minutes west,
120 feet; thence north 4 degrees 35 minutes west, 200
feet; thence north 86 degrees 15 minutes east, 120 feet
to the west line of Binder Drive; thence north 4 degrees
35 minutes west, 174.9 feet, to the extended northerly
line of Marilyn Street ; thence in a northeasterly dir-
ection along the extended northerly line of Marilyn
Street, 34 feet, to the east line of the tract of land
conveyed to Lewis E. Moreau and wife, by Warranty Deed
of record in Book 80, page 405, Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence north along the east line of said
Moreau tract, to the northeast corner thereof; thence
west 2047 links along the north line of said Moreau
tract, to the northwest corner thereof; thence south
along the west line of said tract, 2177 links , to the
south line of the said Southwest quarter; thence east
along the south line of said quarter section, 41 links ;
thence north 4 degrees 15 minutes west, 3.472 chains ;
thence north 80 degrees 30 minutes east, 2.64 chains ; j
thence south 6 degrees 30 minutes east, 3.725 chains to
the section line; thence east along the section line,
to the beginning point of this description.
Subject to agreement for roadway as described in
Warranty Deed of record in Book 77, page 149 , Cole
County Recorder' s Office.
Subject to easement to Capital City Water Company,
of record in Book 126, page 593; and subject to sewer
easementsto the City of Jefferson, of record in Book
113, pages 454 and 535, Cole County Recorder' s Office.
Subject to easement for Private Road contained
in Warranty Deed of record in Book 116, page 260 , Cole
County Recorder' s Office, containing 42.33 acres, more
or less,
have submitted to the council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, for its approval a plat of Section two and replat of
Blocks 2 and 3 of Section one of the above described tract being
!known and designated thereon as Section two of Jordan Hills sub-
division and replat of Blocks 2 and 3 of Section one of Jordan Hills

WHEREAS, it appears to the said council of the City of
'Jefferson, Missouri, that said plat is properly signed and acknow-
ledged and truly sets out -the boundaries of said Section 2, the
