taxes have been paid on said tract and that all the other require-
ments of the laws of the State of Missouri and of the ordinances
of the City of Jefferson with reference to the platting of said
subdivision have been fully complied with, said plat is hereby
accepted and approved by the council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Clerk of said City of Jefferson, Missouri, afterli
passage and approval of this ordinance, is directed to endorse such
acceptance and approval on said plat and to certify same under the !
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2
This ordinance is to take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF MEIER DRIVE, FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF
LIVINGSTON STREET, NORTH 400 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Meier
Drive, from the north curb line of Livingston Street, north 400
feet be and hereby is established as follows : Beginning at the
north curb line of Livingston Street and the center line of Meier
Drive, where the elevation of the grade is 206.69; thence 400 feet
on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 192.11 .
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
