That the grade line of the roadway of Castle Drive, from the south curb line of Livingston Street to the north curb line of Hall Street be and hereby is established as follows : Beginning at the south curb line of Livingston Street and the center line of Castle Drive, where the elevation of the grade shall ) be 182.50 ; thence 350 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 186 .70 ; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 187 .14 ; thence 50 feet on �! a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 187 .26 ; l thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade �i shall be 186.98; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the eleva tion of the grade shall be 186 .38; thence 229 .3 feet on a uniform j grade to the north curb line of Hall Street, where the elevation of Ij the grade shall be 182.90 . i Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in i conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. TO THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF GORDO4 STREET AND COTTAGE LANE, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY GRADING, CURBING AND PAVING WITH PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: i li Section 1. Whereas, it was heretofore found and declare by the City Council, by its resolution, passed and approved on August 13th, 1956, necessary to curb and pave with portland cement j I concrete, the roadway of Gordon Street, from the center of the j intersection of Elm Street and Gordon Street to the center of the intersection of Gordon Street and Cottage Lane. And it appearing the City Council that said resolution has been duly published according to the law for seven (7) consecutive insertions , in the Jefferson City Post-Tribune, a daily newspaper, printed and pub- lished in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. And after hearing those wilo desire to be heard on the matter concerning the paving of said street and after finding that said Gordon Street between Elm Street ) and Cottage Lane is less than 1200 feet in length and is between and connecting two paved streets , the City Council of Jefferson City, Missouri, still finds the improvement necessary to be done. That the said roadway of Gordon Street, i� between Elth Street and Cottage Lane be graded, curbed and paved with portland cement concrete in accordance with the plans and j !� specifications submitted by the City Engineer and filed in the I; office of the City Clerk, and that the total cost of the work , i' aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a special assessment again;t II the real estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated improve ment and special tax bills shall be levied and issued therefor, as i!
