Section 1 . That a sidewalk of cement concrete material,!
Four feet in width, 3 .0 feet back from face of curb, on the north l;
side of Swifts Itighway between Pamela and Myrtle Streets , and
abutting 1.36 .5 Feet on Swift' s Highway owned by Botz Real. Estate
& Investment Company be constructed and built within thirty days
from the service of a copy of this ordinance on the owner of the
property hereinabove described.
Section 2 . Within two days after the passage of this
ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City
j! Marshal. a certified copy of this ordinance, and said City Marshal
shall serve or cause to be served a ropy of this ordinance on the il
owner or owners above mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to
said owner or owners or by leaving it with some member of his
I� family over the age of 15 ,years , making his return on another copy i
of said ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the office of the
City Clerk.
+ Section 3. In the event the owner or owners above �!
I' named fail to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the 1(
City of Jefferson, under the power and authority given it by its
charter and ordinances , will construct said sidewalk and will
t issue a special tax bill against said property for the cost of the
construction of said sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be
a lien against the property above described.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

CEMENT CONCRETE rYkTERIAL, FOUR FEET IN Tv7IDTH, 3.0 FEET BACK FROM
j FACE OF CURB, ON THE NORTH SIDE OIL~ SWIFT'S HIGM AY, BETWEEN PAMELA
' AND MYRTLE STREETS, AND ABUTTING 90 FEET ON SWIFT'S HIGHWAY OWNED
BY MARTIN & ANNA HEIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS :
t Section 1. That a. sidewalk of cement concrete material
Four feet in width, 3.0 feet back from face of curb, on the north
side of Swift' s Highway, between Pamela and Myrtle Streets , and
abutting 90 feet on Swift' s Highway, owned by Martin & Anna Heil
be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a
copy of this ordinance on the owner of the property hereinabove
described.
