Section 2 . Within two days after the passage of this
ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Mar- 1
shat a certified copy of this ordinance, and said City Marshal it
shall serve or cause to be served a copy of this ordinance on the .j

and ordinances, will construct said sidewalk and will issue a spec-

�j Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
ijforce from and after its passage and approval .

IiBROADWAY STREETS , AND ABUTTING 36 FEET 9 INCHES ON SWIFT' S HIGHWAY

IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: I

Section I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material,
four feet in width, six inches back from face of curb, on the north
�iside of Swift' s Highway between Jefferson and Broadway Streets, andl
'l abutting 36 feet 9 inches on Swift' s Highway, owned by Georgia H.
1, Garrett be constructed and built within thirty days from the servic
