I1CURB, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SWIFT' S HIGHWAY STREET, BETWEEN JEFFERSO
�'; STREET AND CARTER STREETS, AND ABUTTING 125 FEET ON SWIFT'S HIGHWAY

jBE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material,
four feet in width, 3.5 feet back from face of curb, on the south
side of Swift' s Highway, between Jefferson Street and Carter Streets ,
and abutting 125 feet on Swift' s Highway, owned by B. E. Ware and
Nellie Marie Ware be constructed and built within thirty days from
Ithe service of a copy of this ordinance on the owner of the property
11hereinabove described.

Section 2. Within two days after the passage of this
llordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Mar-
shal a certified copy of this ordinance, and said City Marshal
shall serve or cause to be served a copy of this ordinance on the
ilowner 'or owners above mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to
' said owner or owners or by leaving it with some member of his family
