AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 9103 OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR SPECIAL
USE PERMIT PROCEDURE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Temple City has heretofore, by
Section 9100 6T the Temple City Municipal Code, adopted Ordi-
nance No. 1494 of the County of Los Angeles, as amended.
SECTION 2. Sections 9102 and 9103 of the Temple City
Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 60 -20 amend said Ordinance No.
1494 of the County of Los Angeles, as amended.
SECTION 3. Article 2 (Chapter 6) of said County Ordi-
nance No. 1494 as amended, and as amended by Temple City Ordi-
nance No. 60-20 is hereby amended by adding section 619.1 as
follows:
"Section 619.1 Special Use Permit. Any person de-
siring to establish any use referred to in Article 1, Chapter 5,
where said Article does not automatically grant a permit and
where said matter is not otherwise specifically covered in said
Article 1, Section 5, may file an application for a special use
permit with the Planning Commission, in accordance with Sections
609 through 619 of this Article."
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held the 23d day of
January, 1961, by the following called vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Buchan, Dickason, Merritt, Tyrell
& Fitzjohn
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT Councilmen -None
