RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING '£t~]~ ISSUANCE OF

WHERAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Amusement Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1998 by the following:

UNION, ~ 3ERSEIr 07083; and
W.KREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulation
and Licensing Amusement Games, and the Carteret Police Department
recommends that a License for the Year 1998 be issued to the
applicant.
N(~, '£fl~DRE, BE IT AND IT IS tiMRREBYRESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement
Games Distributor's License for the Year 1998 to the applicant
hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted the 16th day of 3ULY , 1998
and certified as a true copy of the original
on JULY 17, 1998.
