SCHEPERLE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AN ADDITIONAL THIRTY (30) WORKING DAYS FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE- BALD WILL ROAD FROM THE EAST CURB LINE OF CARDINAL STREET TO THE WEST CURB 'LINE OF PEYTON DRIVE. h '! BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, j !i MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : I� i� Section 1. The Roy A. Scheperle Construction Company of Jefferson City, Missouri, is hereby granted an addition- al thirty (30) working days for the completion of the Bald Hill ( Road, from the east curb line of Cardinal Street to the west curb line of Peyton Drive. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are repealed insofar as they may conflict. Section 3. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MIS S O1JRI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, Zoning Ordinance No. 5880 is hereby �jamended so that the following described land is hereby rezoned from i; a District B, Two Family Dwelling District, to a District E, Local !; Commercial District, and said land is more particularly described as f allows: A part of Lots Nos . 122 and 123 of Fairview Addition to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, said Fairview Addition being a Subdivision of Outlots Nos . 57 and 58 of the City of Jefferson, and also a part of Original Dunklin Street, now vacated; all of which is more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot No. 122, thence southerly along the easterly litre of said Lot and the extension thereof; and also being the westerly line of Benton Street, a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a point that is 6 feet north of the pre- sent curb line of Dunklin Street; thence northwesterly parallel to and 6 feet north of the Dunklin Street Curb line to the original. north line of Dunklin Street where the li same intersects the easterly line of a concrete sidewalk to �i the north line of said Lot No . 122; thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot 193 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. �I Section 2 .
