FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 11WASHINGTON STREET AND DUNKLIN STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. ! !'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, j MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: !j Section 1.
