JAN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO PERMIT
THE SAME TO BE PARKED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME IN EXCESS OF ONE (1)
( HOUR, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY INCLUSIVE OF EACH WEEK, ON THE SOUTH
itSIDE OF WEST DUNKLI.N STREET BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED SIXTEEN (16)
FEET AND SEVENTY ONE (71..) FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
11WASHINGTON STREET AND DUNKLIN STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.

!'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
j MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
!j Section 1. It ,,hall be unlawful for the operator of a
' motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period of time
lin excess of one (1) hour, Mondays through Saturdays of each week
inclusive, on the south sine of West Dunklin Street between two
i1points located sixteen (16) feet and seventy one (71) feet east of
(!the southeast corner of Washington Street and Dunklin Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
jfrom and after its passage and approval.
