HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06370 4.3- 12-2 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. All money received by the City for the sale oi real estate held in the name of the City or the Jefferson City Parki Board and restricted in use for park purposes shall be placed in the Park Board Fund. Ellis President o the Council Mayor #6369 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 94 (B) OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF 19.56 (ALSO BEING SECTION I (B) OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6062) ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL ZONE FOR THE CENTRAL SCHOOL, TRINITY LUTHERAN SCHOOL,, PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL,, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE CREATING A SCHOOL ZONE FOR THE TRINITY LUTHERAN SCHOOL PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR COLLEGE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 94 (B) of the Revised Ordinances of 1956 (also being section I (B) of Ordinance Number 6062) be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 2. School zone established. All areas lying within the following designated boundaries within the City of Jefferson., Missouri, shall be deemed school zones : (B) . Trinity Lutheran School, Public High School, and Junior College. Beginning at the northeast corner of the intersec- tion of Marshall Street and Dunklin Street; thence northerly along and with the east line of Marshall Street to the northerly line of McCarty Street; thence westerly along and with the northerly line of McCarty Street to the westerly line of Madison Street; thence southerly along and with the westerly line of Madison Street to the northerly line of Dunklin Street; thence easterly along and with the northerly line of Dunklin Street to the point of beginning.
