Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, for and on behalf of the City, are hereby �I
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the firm of
Hartman & Stokes , Plumbing & Heating Contractors , for the Repair,
Installation and Construction of the Heating System within the
West End Fire Station, located on Hwy 50 West, said contract to
provide that said work shall be done according to the plans and
specification upon which said firm of Hartman & Stokes predicated
their bid. �

!' Section 2. Upon execution of the said contract and the
performance of the work thereunder by the said firm of Hartman and
Stokes , and acceptance thereof by the Fire Chief or his designated
agent, the Mayor shall be authorized and directed to execute a
draft in the amount of Two Thousand One Hundred and Forty Nine
;; and 20/100 ($2,149 . 20) Dollars payable to the firm of Hartman &

Stokes .

!i Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
'! from and after its passage and approval.

Ii AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
I� DISTRICT NO. 50 "C" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.

i1BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
I
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferso ,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and
lother purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible
Iiin Sewer District No. 50 "C", as established by Ordinance, a sani-
I` tary sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed without
l! unnecessa.ry delay and connected into present sewer at Station 4
�1plus 00 in Sewer District No. 50 "A".
Section 2. That said sewer shall begin at the center of
Meadow Dane and the Boonville Road and run south along the Boonvill
tRoad on a direct line to Station 4 plus 00 in Sewer District No.
1501 "A" .
ilrespects Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of stan-
;dard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
�l of the City Engineer. .
{; Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
lflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

I Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
Iforce from and after its passage and approval .
