AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 50 "C", WITHIN THE CIT
OF JEFFERSON, (MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE, BOUNDARIES THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the city council of the City of Jefferso ,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabi-
tants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewe
District Nu. 50 "C", with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning on the extended southerly line of Meadow Lane and the
easterly line of Boonville Road; thence easterly at right angles to
the Boonville Road, 125.0 feet; thence southerly parallel to the
Boonville Road to the northerly line of Sewer District No. 50 "A";
to the northwest: corner of said district; thence northerly parallel
to the Boonville Road to the southerly line of the Meadows Subdivi-
sion; thence easterly along the southerly line of the Meadows Sub-
division and the extension thereof to the easterly line of the
Boonville Road; thence northerly to the point of beginning.
Section: 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con=
flirt with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. 'Thus ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 75 "V' , WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary
and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as
possible in Sewer District No. 75 "A!", as established by Ordinance,
a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed
without unnecessary delay and connected into the East Main Sewer
at Station 48 plu's 13.7.
Section 2. That said sewer shall begin at station 48
plus 13.7 on the East Main Sewer, said point of beginning being on
the. extended lot line between lots 7 and 8 of Golden Acres Subdivi-
sion and 5 feet north of the northwest corner of said subdivision;
thence southerly along and with the last above mentioned lot line,
213.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 11 degrees to the left,
270.0 feet.
Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all
respects as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of stan-
dard glazed, sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
of the City Engineer.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
