1' AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 75 "A" WITHIN THE CITY

OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ii MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :

i Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jeffer soi

Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
!i for sanitary purposes and For the health and comfort of its inhabi-
t tant-s of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as
1 Sewer District No. 75 "A" , with location and boundaries as follows:
Il Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Golden Acres Subdivision
I!
in Outlot 73 ; thence easterly along the northerly line of said
subdivision to the northeasterly corner thereof; thence southerly
along the easterly line of said subdivision to a point that is
ii
150.0 feet northerly from the southeasterly corner of said subdivi-
sion; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of said
j subdivision to the westerly line thereof; thence northerly to the
!! point of beginning.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

�j WINSTON STREET IN TFIE BLOCK FROM THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
WINSTON STREET AND HOUGH PARK ROAD TO THE CENTER OF THE INTERSEC-
TION OF WIN'STON STREET AND ROSEWOOD DRIVE IN THE CITY OF .JEFFERSON,
I; MISSOURI; BY PAVING WITH PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE.
iI BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Whereas, it was heretofore .found and declared
'I by the City Council, by its resolution, passed and approved on
October 1, 1956, necessary to pave with Portland cement concrete
j the roadway of Winston Street in the block from the center of the
11 intersection of Winston Street and Hough`'Park Road to the center
of the intersection of Winston Street and Rosewood Drive and it
�! appearing to the City Council that said resolution has been duly
published according to the law for more than seven (7) consecutive
insertions, in the Jefferson City Post-Tribune, a daily newspaper,
printed and published in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, . and a
it majority of the resident owners of property along said section of
it
Winston Street liable for the cq,sts of said improvement, and who
i own a majority of the front fee F�on said Winston Street intended
to be improved, have not filed with the City Clerk a protest
