THE LOTS OR TRACKS OF LAND FROUTTNG OR AT31JTTTNC". ON THE ROADWAY
OF BINDER TRIVE, FR(*'M TRE NORTH CURB LINE OF HTLLSDALE DRIVE,
TO THE NORTH CLMT LINE OF MARILYN STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , FOR TITE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ',-.AID ROADWAY BY GRADING,
JJI CURBING AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH CEMENT CONCRETE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY' THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, as
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the
rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2
of this ordinance , against the aggregate lots or tracts of land
fronting or abutting on the roadway of Binder Drive , from the
north curb line of Hillsdale Drive to the north curb line of
Marilyn Street in the Oity of Jefferson, Missouri , for the im-
provement of the raodway Binder Drive aforesaid, including such
i grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement side-
walk., the sum of $2402. 67 as the total costs of the improvement
of said street and the number of front feet or abutting said
roadway of said Binder Drive aforesaid, between the aforesaid
streets amount to 203,1 running feet; the cost price per running
foot is 411.83.
I Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway of Binder Drive ., from the -north curt line of Hills-
1idale Drive to the north curb line of Yiaril7n Street there is
hereby levied and assessed the sum of $11. 13 as a snecial tax
against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said road-
] way of Binder Drive between the aforesaid streets., and contained
in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved
roadway of said Binder Erive , from the north curb line of Hills-
dale Drive to the north curb line of Marilyn Street

Section 3, The name of each property owner of owners and
the description of each lot or niece of graound fronting or
abutting on each side -of Binder Drive from the north curb line
of Hillsdale Drive, to the north curb line of Marilyn, Street

contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting
said block or street between the aforesaid streets and the cost

and assessed as a snecial tax for said improvement against each
lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said Binder Drive or
ii the roadway from the center of the intersection of Binder Drive
