BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FCLLOI'VS:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
ordinance , against the aggrggnte lots or tracts of land fronting
or abutting on the roadway of Bald Hill Road, from the east curb
line of Cardinal Street to the west curb line of Peytcn Drive in
the city of Jefferson, Missouri , for the improvement of the road-
way of Bald hill Road street aforesaid, including such grading
as may be necessary for the retention of a cement sidewalk, the
II sum of 4411 ,247.12 as the total costs of the improvement of said
(I street and the number of fresh feet fronting or abutting said
road way of said Bald Hill Road aforesaid, between t.-he aforesaid

Section 2. For the purpose of -paying said imoroverrent of said

to the west curb line of Peyton Drive there is hereby levie

foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Bald Hill Road
between the aforesaid streets , and contained in such lot or niece
of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said Bald
Hill Road, from the east curb line of Cardinal Street to the west
