THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE ALLEY ITA THE BLOCK BETWEEN
MADISON, MONROE, I4ILLER AND ELM STREET.

0 , MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION. 1. That the E,rade line of the alley in the block between
Madison, Monroe , Miller and Elm Street, be and hereby is established
as follows ;

Whereas the City Council received a petition requesting the re-
zoning of property located at 1714 111. Main Street., by changing
si.ad property from an 11a--299 Single Family Dwelling District to
a tB" Two Family Dwelling District, and
Whereas, the City Cr,uncil referred said r.,etition to the Planning
and Zoning Commission pursiiant to the terms of Ordinance Number
l; 5880, the Zoning Ordinance, for their study and consideration,

BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE CITY COUWCIT, OF' THE CITY OF JEF'F'ERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. Hereafter the following described tract of
land within the City of Jefferson. Missouri, shall be classified
as a District "B" Two Family District instead of a District "A-2"
Single Family District, and the zoning map of the City of Jeff-
erson, Missouri., as incorporated into ordinance number 5680., is
hereby ordered amended, changed and modified, to reflect said
rezoning of the following specifically described land:
"All of Lots 4 to 16 inclusive of Block
2, of the General Realty Company Sub-
division of part of the South-east Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1,
Township 4-4 Range 12, ns per plat of
record in Flat Book No. 2' et Page 12.1
Cole County Recorder' s Office.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passp.ge and a-oproval.
