as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as
Boonville Terrace Subdivision and made a part of this ordinance;
all of which boonvill Terrace Subdivision lies within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
And it appearing that siad plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the said owners of the said subdivision
known and referred to as the Boonvrville Terrace Subdivision,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri ,
1949, and amendments thereto , entitled plats, have been fully
compiled with by the aforementioned owners of said subdivision;
now therefore
The plat of land of Keith W. Major; Gladys M. Major,, Robert
J. Major, Edith E. Major, John C. Scruggs and Helen E. Scruggs,
known and referred to as the Boonville Terrace Subdivision,
lying and being within the corporate limits of the city of
Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Jefferson City,
jMissouri, and the Mayor of said city; and tho City Clerk of the
I� City of Jefferson City, Missouri , after the passage and approval
of this ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptance and
.approval of saki plat thereon, and to certify to the approval

of the same under the Seal of the said City of Jefferson, IOIssour
