Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared by the City Council, by its resolution, passed and approved +� on November 5th, 1956 riecesspry to nave with Portland Cement Concrete the roadway of Franklin Street in the block from the center of the intersection of Franklin Street and East edge of the navement on Madison Street to a point 213 feet east �I thereof and it appearing to the Cit;r Council that aLd resolution has been duly published according to the law for more than seven (7 ) consecutive insertions, in the Post- Tribune a drily n ewspaper, printed. and published in the city i+ of Jefferson, Missouri , ar_d a majority of the resident owners II of property alofig said section ofFranklin Street liable for II the costs of said improvement, and who own a majority of the �i front', feet on mid Franklin Street intended to be improved, have not filed with the Cit,- Clerk a protest against said I, contemplated improvement.
