ORDINANCE NO. 6392
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
FROM PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON ' CERTAIN NAMED
STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, F1Z MAKING
ANY CIOLATION OF THIS ORZ'TNA1\10E A MISDEMEANOR, AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY THEREFOR.
BE IT ORLAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
rISS7ITRI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be inlawful for the operator

of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be barked on the
following named streets between the following named inter-
sectIng streets:
(a ) On the north side of Miller
Street between the inter-
sections of Jefferson Street
and Madison Street,
(b ) On the south side of I'diller
Street between 'the intersections
of Jefferson Street and Washington
Street.
t� SECTION 2. Anyone violating; any of the terms or pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor*
