AN ORDINANCE CREATIPIG AND ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF' HIGH STREET BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED ONE HUNDRED AND EIG TY

MERCHr?NDISE, AND PROVIDING THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE SHA
BE DEEtIED A MISDEMEAOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO
AS FOLLOWS: -
.SECTION 1. Loading Zone. A loading zone is hereby created an
established. on the north side of High Street between two ooints
located one hundred and eighty four (184 ) feet and two hundred and
sixty eight (268) feet east of the east curb of Jackson Street.
SECTION 2. Parking in Loading Zone. It shall be unkawful
for the operator of a motor vehicle to. permit the same to be parked
within the loading zone described in the preceding section between
the hours of 7:00 a. m. and 7:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays,
Iinnlusi.ve , except for the purpose of picking up or discharging
passengers, goods, wares and merchandise.
SECTION 3. Anyone violating any of the terms or provisions of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 4.. This ordinance shallbe in force and effect from
and fLfter its passnee and approval.
