MONDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS INCLUSIVE, EXCEPT FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOADING OR UNLOADING GOODS, WARES , MERCRANDISE OR FIXTURES, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. SECTION 1.
