AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND EST BLIC•IiING A LOADING ZONE ON THIS

SEVEN (57) FEET AND 'ENE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN (115) FEET WEST
OF TIDE" 'J ES'T CURB OF MADISON STREET, hN`D DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL
FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE T�-i IPET%'MIT THE SAME TO BE
PARKED WITHIN SAID SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LOADING ZONE BETWEEN
THE HOURS OF 7: 00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. MONDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS
INCLUSIVE, EXCEPT FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOADING OR UNLOADING
GOODS, WARES , MERCRANDISE OR FIXTURES, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY
FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
SECTION 1. Loading Zone Established..A loading zone is
hereby crested and established on the north side of McCarty
Street between tno points located .f. ift�r seven (57 ) and one
hundred and fifteen (115) foot west of t?ie west curb of Madison
Street..
�it Section 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the ouerator
j of a motor vehicle to permit the same to bo parked within t'ie
area designated and srccific5117; described as a loading zone
in the previous section between the hours of 7:00 a. m. and
17:CO P. m; Mondays through Saturdays inclusive , except for the
purpose of loading or unloading goacas, iiares, merchandise or
ifixtures.
SECTION 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ord nance shall be deemed guilty of a. misdemeanor.
