BE IT ORDA TI ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFER S ON,A S FOLLOWS s
SECTION 1. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, four feet in
width„ 0e5 feet back from lace of curb, on the west side of Jefferson
S1tre st o between Swift's Highway and Franklin Streets, and abutting 100 feet
in front of lot 17 sub. Outlet 28 owned by Louis Brunner be constructed and
!� built Within thirty days from the service of a copy of this ordinance on
the owner of the property hereinabove described*

SECTICS 2* Within two days after the passage of this ordinance, the
City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshall a certified copy
of this ordinance, and said City Marshall shall serve or cause to be served
II a copy of this ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned, by deliver-
�� ing a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it with same member
of his family over the age of 15 years, making his return on another copy
of said ordinance, chick copy shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 59 In the event the owner or owners above named fail to eon-
;; atruet said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson under
the pourer and authority given it by its charter and ordinances, Wth
i; construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against said
property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which said
special tax bill will be in lieu against the property above described.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

MATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, 0.5 FEET BACK FROM FACE OF CURB, ON THE WEST
SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET,, BETWEEN SWIFT'S HDHWAY AND FRANKLIN STREETS, AND
ABUTTING 204 FEET IN FRONT OF LOT 18 SUB.O. L. 28 OWNED BY GEORGE J. KLUG
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material lour feet in
width, 0.5 Beet back from face of curb, on the west side of Jefferson
Street, between Swift's Highway and Franklin Streets, and abutting 204 feet
in front of lot 18 Sub. 0. 1. 28 owned by George J. Klug be constructed
�i and. built within thirty days from the service of a copy of this ordinance
on the owner of the property hereinabove described.
