2. Pedestrians facing the red light signal shall not proceed
across any marked or unaurked cross-walk at said intersection.
SECTION 30 Any pedestrian or operator of a motor vehicle who
violates the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a adindemeanor.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
