I AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ROADWAY OF
Allen Avenue and Cole Drive IN THE BLOCK FRCM THE CENTER OF THE
i INTERSECTION OF ALLEN AVENUE AND COLE DRIVE AND EAST CURB LONE OF'
II HAYSELTON DRIVE TO THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF ALLEN AVENUE
AND COLE DRIVE AND A. POINT 490 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB LINE OF
'i AAIMELTON DRIVE IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY PAVING WITH
ji PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE OR BITUMINOUS MATERIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION. 1, Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared by
the City Council, by its resolution, passed and aoprogod on February

the mast curb line of Hayselton Drive east to a point 490 feet east of the
curb line of Hayselton Drive" in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations submitted by the City. Engineer and filed in the office of the
City Clerk and that the total cost of the work aforesaid shall be
Charged as levied as a special assessment against the real estate
abutting and fronting on said contemplated improvement, and special
tax bills shall be issued therefor, as provided in the City Charter
and in Sections 826, 8279 8289 829 of Chapter 10 of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, 1issouri, 1956, and of the Revised Statutes
