Section 4. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferno ,
Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver',
all proper and sufficient writings And/or instruments, as have been,
prepared by said abutting property owners or someone on their behal ,
on behelf of and in the name of the City of Jefferson, Missouri m to
fully and completely transfer and establish to the adjacent and
abutting property owners their legal rights of reversion in
connection with the above mentioned vacation of and discontinuance
of said public alley or thoroughfare,
Section 5. This ordinance shall be' in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6437
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF ROSE VALLEY
SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
OWNED AND SUBDIVIDED BY WILLIAM C. ROSE AND VIRGINIA C. ROSE,
HUSEAND AND WIFE, AND FALPH L. ROSE AND JEAN A. ROSE, HUSBAND AND
WIFE,*
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. William C. Rose and Virginia C. Rose, husband and
wife, and Ralph L. Rose and Jean A. Rose, husband and wife, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described, and situated- in the City
of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, having submitted to the
City Council for its approval a plat of said real estate, being
a tract of land composing the North one -half of Outlot 98 in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown on the attached plat and
more particularly described as follows f
Rose Valley Subdivision being a subdivision of the North `
one-half of Outlot 98 in the City of Jefferson and being
more particularly described as beginning on the Easterly
line of Outlot 98 at a point 648.5 feet Northwardly from
the Southeasterly corner of said Outlot, thence Northwardly
along the Easterly line of said Outlot 645.15 feet to the
Southerly line of Carol Street, 60 feet wide; thence
Westwardly, along the Southerly line of Carol Street, said
Southerly line being parallel to and 30 feet Southerly from
the Northerly line of Outlot 98, 1320.43 feet to the Westerly
line of said Outlot 98; thence Southwardly, along the Westerly
line of said Outlot, 641,4 feet; thence Eastwardly 1320.8 feet,
to the point of beginning.
As shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as ROSE VALL4T
SUBDIVISION, and made a part of this Ordinance; all of which ROSE
VALLEY SUBDIVISION lies within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri,
And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the said owners of the said subdivision
known and referred to as the ROSE VALLEY SUBDIVISION, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforementioned owners of said subdivision; now therefore:
.The plat of land of William C. Rose and Virginia C. Rose,
husband and wife, and Ralph L. Rose and Jean A. Rose, husband and
wife, known and referred to as ROSE VALLEY SUBDIVISION lying and
being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a
part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of
