Pin ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the

Franklin Street, from the east edge of the pavement on Madison
Street, east 213.0 feet, in the City of Jefferson,. Missouri, for the
mprovement of the said roadway by grading, curbing and guttering
nd paving with cement concrete

E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS, {i
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and
cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
rdinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or
butting on the raodway of Franklin Street, from the east edge of th '
avement on Madison Street, east 213.0 feet in the City of Jefferson)
issouri, for the improvement of the roadway Franklln .Street aforesa d,
ncluding such grading as ma be necessary for the reception of a
11cament sidewalk, the sum of 13586.00 as the total costs of the
mprovement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or
butting said roadway of said Franklin Street aforesaid, between the
aforesaid streets amount to 406,75, running feet; the cost price
per running foot is $8.81622.
