Section 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting o
each side of Franklin Street from the east edge of the pavement
can Madison Street, east 213.0 feet and the number of front feet
owned. by eeeh owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts
of land so owned and abutting said block or street between the
.aforesaid streets and the cost price per front foot for said
improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special
.tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground
`fronting or abutting said Franklin street or the roadway from the
east edge of the pavement on Madison Street east 213.0 feet.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make
out special tax bills in favor of the contractor E.P. Barnett
for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relative to said kind of work
and in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said
work.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 50 "D", .WITHIN TIM
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND, DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MIS°OURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Cit-r Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District No. 50"D", and said district sewer to be
established with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning on
the westerly line of the Boonville Road and at the southeasterly
.corner of Tract "A" Block 1 of West Hills Subdivision; thence
westerly on a direct line to the southwesterly corner of lot 3
Block 2 of West Hills Subdivision; thence sougherly on a direct 4
line to the southeasterly corner of lot 11 Block 5 West Hills i
Subdivision and on the northerly line of Hall Street; thence
westerly along and with the northerly line of Hall Street and the j
extension thereof, 285 feet, more or less, to a point that is
120 feet from, if measured at right angle to, Marilyn Street;
thence westerly parallel to Marilyn Street, 275.0 feet; thence
South 19 degrees and 58 minutes West, 22.0 feet; -thence North
46 degrees and 17 minutes West, 204.0 feet; thence South 42 degree's
and 47 minutes West, 171.3 feet; thence South 50 degrees and j
25 minutes East, 44.0 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly
