N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PROVIDING FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 50 "D", WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, KISSO'IR ,
S FOLLOWSt
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
issouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and
other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible
�in Sewer District No. 50 "D", as established by Ordinance, a
sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed .
�►ithout unnecessary delay and connected into the lagoon or oxidation
asin as shown on the plans of Sewer District No. 50 "D".
Section 2. That siad sewer shall begin at the lagoon or
oxidation basin as shown on the plans of Sewer District No. 50 "D";
