Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as

City Engineer.
Section 4, All Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
rom and after its passage and approval.

N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF LARK STREET, FROM A POINT 70.0 FEET NORTH
OF THE CENTER LINE OF MILLER STREET, NORTH 350 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MTSSOUREq
S FOLLOWS
Section 1. That the grade line of Lark Street, from a point
70.0 feet north of the center line of Lark Street, north 350 feet,
be and hereby is established as follows; Beginning on the center
line of Lark Street, 70.0 feet north of the center line of Miller
1Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be , 151.25; thence
125 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall
lof b e, 157.50; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation
f the grade shall be, 158. 67; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve
here the elevation of the grade shall be, 157.15; thence 125
Meet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be,
150.0.
Section 2, All Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
