RESOLUTION AUTtKARIZINGTHE ISSUANCE
OF A 1998AMUSE~IENTDEVICE LICilqSE
Wti~REAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for an Amusement Device License for the Year
1998 by the following:
1. PARTNER'S PUB 4000KEAV~N3E,
2. SUCH'S BAR&GRHJ. II 1365 ROOSEV~T AV~I~UE; and
said application has been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating and Licensing
Amusement Devices and the Carteret Police Department recommends that
a License for an Amusement Device for the Year 1998 be issued to the
above listed applicant.
NOW, T~iEFORE, BE IT AND IT IS ~REBYRESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement Device
License for the Year 1998 to the applicant listed above, upon receipt
of the proper fee.
Adopted the 16th day of JULY , 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JULY 17, 1998. _
