"F" District H ghway Commercial District be increased to include
certain specifically described and located property, and
Whereas the City Council referred said petition to the city plan-
ning and zoning commission pursuant to the terms of ordinance numbe
5880 for study and consideration, and
areas, the Planning and Zoning Commission, after giving a public
hearing and considering the referral. from the City Council did
recomment to the city council that the-petition be approved, and
areas; all interested parties have been notified that the City
Council woudl hold a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. on the evening of
May 6th, 19579 at which all interested parties might be heard, on
the question of whether or not the original petition, as approved
by the Planning and Zoning Commission, ,should be granted and the
Zoning Map of the City of Jefferson City amended, modified and
(changed to comply with said petition, said- notice of hearing having
been published in a newspaper of general circulation with Jefferso
City three times at least fifteen days before the date of said
hearing, and
Whereas, the City Council has conducted such hearing and given all
interested parties an opportunity to be heard, therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The present Highway Commercial "F" District shall
be extended to include the following described land, within the
City of Jefferson City, Missouri, and the zoning map of the city,
as incorporated into ordinance number '5880, is hereby changed,
modified and amended to reflect the extension of said Highway
Commercial "Fu District:
"Beginning at the intersection of Heisinger Road and
Highway 50 West, then along the north line of Highway
50 West a distance of 1485 feet, to a depth of three
hundred and sixty (360) feet north of the north line of
Heisinger Road."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

SAN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL. 1957.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND
