4) WHEREAS; IT HAS BEEN shown to the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, that the owners on Aspin Street, between east
line of Forest Place and the east line of Forest Hill Addition,
have used, improved and occupied and are now using and occupying
said abutting and adjacent land so that portion of said street has
ceased to be of any use or benefit as a public thoroughfare and
that it wound not inconvenience the public or the citizens of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, to discontinue and vacate said street
as a public thoroughfare, therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City Council of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, deems it necessary and expedient to
vacate and discontinue that part of Aspin Street, between the east
line of Forest Place and the east line of Forest Hill Addition.
All the owners of the property and adjacent lots abutting on and
adjacent to said street having petitioned the said City Council
to vacate and discontinue said street as a part of the public
thoroughfare of said City, and said street is forever vacated and
discontinued as a public thoroughfare and the power and right of
reversion of said street to the adjacent and abutting owners as
is provided by the Statutes of the State of Missouri, is hereby
fully confirmed and gpproved, and the Mayor of this City is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver all proper and
sufficient writing, or writing, or instruments for, on behalf of,
or in the name of the City to fully and completely establish and
guarantee to the adjacent and abutting property owners their legal
rights in connection with the above vacation.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances contrary to in
conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval

MAN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 51 "C", WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
I
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the i
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 51 "C", with location and boundaries as follows:
