Beck Subdivision would intersect; thence south along aid extended lot line and the west line of lot 33 of said sub- ivision to the north line of U.S. Highway No. 50; thence east to he point of beginnigg. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with his Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Ellis President of the Council Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 6477 IAN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER ISTRICT NO. 51 "C", WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISGOURI. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, iereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and iomfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes hat there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District o. 51 "C", as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is rdered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and onnected into the present sewer on U.S. Highway No. 50. SECTION 2. That the said sewer shall begin at a point 45 feet north of the center line of U.S. Highway No. 50 and 15 feet west f the east line of Howard Street; thence run north parallel to the east line of Howard Street, 620.0 feet; thence at right angle to the last mentioned line 180.0 feet. SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as rovided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications of the City Engineer. SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 5.
