HIGHWAY NO. 50 TO ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISGOURX, AS FOLLOWS: j i I.SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Howard Street, from the north edge of the pavement on U.S. Highway No. 50 to St. Mary's Boulevard, be and hereby is established as follows; ! I! Beginning at the center line of Howard Street and the north edge of the pavement on U.S. Highway No. 50, where the elevation of the grade is, 148.16; thence 24.0 feet, where the elevation of th6 grad: shall be 147.50; thence 25.0 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 148.19; thence 125.0 feet on a uniform grade where tthe elevation of the grade shall be 151.63; thence 50 feet on a ertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 153.73; (thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade i shall be 157.33; thence 200.0 feet on a uniform grade where the 1 ,elevation of the grade shall be 174.65; thence 50 feet on a verticals ,curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 179.60; thence 50 !+ feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 185.81; thence 111.0 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 200.96; thence 29.0 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 203.57; thence 29.0 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 203.45. ►f I�SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. i SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval. IAN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ROADWAY OF ALLEN ( AND COLE DRIVE IN THE BLOCK FROM THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF ALLEN AND COLE DRIVE AND EAST CURB LINE OF HAYSELTON DRIVE TO THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF ALLEN AND COLE DRIVE AND A POINT 490 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB LINE OF HAYSELTON DRIVE IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY PAVING WITH BORTLAND CEMENT OR 13ITUMINOUS MATERIAL. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared by the City Council, by its resolution, passed and approved on April 8th 1957 necessary to pave with portland cement or bituminous material e roadway of Allen and Cole Drive in the block from the center of the Intersection of Allen & Cole Drive and east curb line of Hayselton Drive to the center of the intersection of Allen & Cole Drive and a point 490 feet east of the east curb line of Hayselton.
