intersection of Allen & Cole Drive and the east curb line of
Hayselton Drive, east 490 feet in accordance with the plans and
specifications submitted by the City Engineer and filed in the
office of the City Clerks and that the total cost of the work
aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a special assessment
against the real estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated
Improvements and special tax bi11s7shall be issued therefor, as
provided in the City Charter, and in Sections 8269 8279 828, and
829 of Chapter 109 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, and of the Revised Statutes of the State
of Missouri, 19499 and amendments thereto,
SECTION 3.. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to advertise for
bids for this improvement.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6480
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 50 "E" , WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIII9 .
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of .,the City of Jefferson, Missour ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 50 "E", with location and boundaries as follows:
All of lots One to nineteen Inclusive Block 4
Sunset Place Addition, all of lots One Hundred Forty Eight to One
Hundred Ninety Five .inolusive Block 4 Sunset Place Addition, all
of lots Twenty Nine to Forty inclusive Block 1 Sunset Place Additio , _
also all that part of Hays Park as shown on the Plat of Sunset
Place Addition and recorded in Plat Book 2 Page 47 Cole County
Recorder's Off ice, said portion of said tract to be included in the
boundaries of Sewer District Not 50 "E" , being described as:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Hays Park
and the south line of Allen Drive, said point of beginning being
1630 feet west of the east of Sunset Place Addition and 700 feet
north of the south line of Sunset Place Addition; thence west
parallel to the south line of said addition, 258.0 feet to the
westerly line of Hays Park; theince along and with the boundary line
of Hays Park, as set out on the Plat of Sunset Place Addition, to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2, All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
