HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06482 SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfo
of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 50 "E", as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it
is ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay
and connected into the present sewer at the intersection of
Hayselton and Allen Drives,
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the surer at the inter-
section of Allen and Hayselton Drives; thence North along the
center line of Allen Drive, 400.0 feet; thence turning an angle of
27 degrees and 32 minutes to the left, 3 76.5 feet; thence turning
an angle of 13 degrees and 27 minutes to the right, 292.5. feet;
thence turning an angle of 40 degrees and 09 minutes to the left,
298.2 feet; thence turning an angle of 19 degrees and 50 minutes
to the left, 81.8 feet; thence turning an angle of 53 degrees and
43 minutes to the right, 389.0 feet; also beginning 1960 feet west
of the east line of Sunset ]Place Addition and 680 feet north of
the south line of said addition; thence westerly parallel to center
lines of Allen and tole Drives, 350.0 feet; also beginning 1800
feet west of the east line and 720 feet north of the south line of
Sunset Place Addition; thence North 20 degrees and 30 minutes West,
250.0 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all.respects as
proveded by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the. plans and
specifications of the City Engineer,
SECTION 4, All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
. SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
