AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE, 1957
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the }

ORDINANCE NO. 6484
N ORDINANCE CREATING A RESERVED AND RESTRICTED PARKING ZONE ON THE
ST SIDE OF MADISON STREET BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED TEN FEET AND
IGHTY TWO FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF CAPITOL AVENUE AND
ROVIDING THAT IT SHALL BE MISDEMEANOR FOR THE OPERATORS bF ANY
OTOR VEHICLES TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE PARKED WITHIN SAID RESTRICTS
ARKING ZONE WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT MOTOR VEHICLES CONTAINING
ATRONS AND GUESTS OF THE GOVERNOR HOTEL MAY PARK WITHIN SAID ZONE
OR A PERIOD OF TIME NOT TO EXCEED FIFTEEN MINUTES WHILE DISCHARGING
R PICKING UP PATRONS AND GUESTS STAYING AT SAID HOTEL.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created a reserved and restricted
parking zone on the west side of Madison Street between two points
located ten (10) feet and eighty two (82) feet south of the south
curb of Madison Street. •
Section 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked within said above
esignated and located zone; provided that, notor vehicles which
arry patrons and guests of the Governor Hotel may park within •hid
one for the purpose of picking up and discharging passengers and
