AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF HALL STREET, FROM THE EAST CURB LINE OF i
CASTLE DRIVE TO THE WEST CURB LINE OF MEIER DRIVE. {!
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Hall Street, from.'
the east curb line of Castle Drive to the west curb line of Meier
Drive, be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Hall
Street and the east curb line of Hall Street, where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 182.90; thence along the center line of
Hall Street 200 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the I
grade shall be, 189.83; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 190.71; thence 25 feet on a
vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 193.10;
thence 25 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be, 196.0; l
thence 9.5 feet to the west curb line of Meier Drive, where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 196.30.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DUNKLIN !
STREET BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF LAFAYETTE STREET AND DUNKLIN !
STREET AND THE INTERSECTIONS OF MARSHALL STREET AND DUNKLIN STREET
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.

Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of
a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the north side ii
of Dunklin Street between the intersections of Dunklin Street and
Lafayette Street and Dunklin Street and Marshall Street.
