affidavit listing therein all bills for materials and labor which
he has incurred in performing this contract, and the affidavit
shall contain the statement of the Contractor that all bills for
labor and materials have been paid; provided, further, that the
affidavit shall be accompanied by one copy of each bill incurred
by the Contractor in the performance of this contract, which bills
shall be parked "paid".
The Owner agrees to, and will, pay to the Contractor the amount
and sum of One Thousand and Sixty Four Dollars and Forty Six Cents
($1,064.46) upon receiving the affidavit that all bills for materials
and labor have been paid.
The parties hereto mutually agree that this contract shall be
governed in all respects by the laws of Missouri.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
nd affixed their seals this day of June, 1957, at Jefferson
City, Missouri.

E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson Ci y,
issouri, are hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on
ehalf of the City of Jefferson City, Missouri, a contract for the
loon covering of the city hall Building, said contract in words and
