Tie'Uo-ntractor agrees that he is fully informed of all work necessary and all conditions which might be encountered which may affect the necessary work under this contract, and that his inform- 4 ation was secured by personal investigation, and not by any esti- mates or representations of the Owner, and that he will make no + claims against the Owner or its servants and employees by reason of estimates or representations of any agent or any employee of the Owner. All work to be performed pursuant to the plans and specifi- cations shall be performed under the direct supervision of the Building Commissioner of the Owner. Upon completion by the Contractor of the work to be performed according to the plans and specifications, the Contractor shall make an affidavit listing therein all bills which have been incurred by the Contractor for labor and materials in the perform- ance of this contract, and the affidavit shall contain the state- ment of the Contractor that all bills for labor and materials have been paid; provided, further, that the affidavit shall be accompanie by one copy of each bill incurred by the Contractor in the perform- ance of this contract, which bills shall be marked "paid". Upon furnishing of the affidavit and the paid bills to the Building Commissioner, the Owner agrees to pay to the Contractor the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty ($3,320.00) Dollars for the work performed by the Contractor under this contract The parties hereto mutually agree that this contract shall governed in all respects by the laws of Missouri.
