ORDINANCE NO. 64( 5
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 50 "F" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour ,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and
comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other
purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in
Sewer District No. 50 "F", as established by Ordinance, a sanitary
sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed without
unnecessary delay and connected into the present sewer at the
intersection of Meadow Lane and the Boonville Road.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the intersection of
Meadow Lane and the Boonville Road; thence north along the Boonville
Road, 1300.0 feet.
SECTION 3: Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans of the
City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

RDINANCE NO. 64N
An ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the
' lots or tracks of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Hall
treet, from the center of the intersection of Hall Street and
Castle Drive to the intersection Hall Street and the west curb line
f Meier Drive in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improve-
ent of the said roadway by grading, curbing and guttering and
aving with portland cement concrete.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
ection 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost
rice per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,
gainst the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on
the roadway of Hall Street, from the center of the intersection of
all Street and Castle Drive to the intersection of Hall Street and
the west curb line of Meier Drive in the City of Jefferson, Missouri`
for the improvement of the roadway Hall Street aforesaid, including 1
such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement
sidewalk, the sum of $4176.00 as the total costs of the improvement f
said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said
roadway of said Hall Street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streetsi
amount to 480 running feet; the cost price per running foot is
$8.70.
Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said road-
ay of Hall Street from the center of the intersection of Hall Stree
and Castle Drive to the center of the intersection of Hall Street
and the west curb line of Meier Drive there is hereby levied and
assessed the sum of $8.70 as a special tax against each front foot
of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Hall street between
the aforesaid streets, and contained in such lot or piece of
round fronting or abutting said improved roodway of said Hall
Street, from the center of the intersection of Hall Street and
Castle Drive to the center of the intersection of Hall Street and
the west curb line of Meier Drive.

Section 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
ach side of Hall Street from the center of the intersection of Hall
Street and Castle Drive to the center of the intersection of Hall
Street and the west curb line of Meier Drive and th6. number of front
feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or
tracts of land so owned and abutting said block or street between th
aforesaid streets and the cost price per front foot for said improve
ent and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax for
said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or
butting said Hall street or the roadway from the center of the
intersection of Hall Street and Castle Drive to the center of the
intersection of Hall Street and the west curb line of Meier Drive.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor E.P. Barnett for the
thin mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kine of work and in
accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work. I
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
