ORDINANCE N0.
An ordinance levying and assessing a special tax bill against the
lots or tracks of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Allen
x Cole Drive, from the east curb line of Hayselton Drive east 490
eet in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the
aid roadway by grading, curbing and guttering and paving with
ortland cement concrete.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
ection 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost
rice per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,

ng such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement
idewalk, the sum of $8766.20 as the total costs of the improvement
f said street and the number of rout feet fronting or abutting said
oadway of said Allen & Cole Drive aforesiid, between the aforesaid
streets amount to 950, running feet; the cost price per running foot
is $9.2276.
Pection 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said road-
way of Allen & Cole Drive, from the east curb line of Hayselton DrivB
ast 490 feet there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $9 .2276

butting said roadway of Allen & Cole Drive, from the east curb lin
