Purchase of a High Speed Monochrome Injet Address Printer and Omation 306 Envelopener with High Speed Inket Printer. This system will
greatly streamline and improve the current vote-by-mail process of printing multiple peel and stick labels and hand stamping each ballot
when received back in our office

Timeline for the project:
Once purchased, we will begin using immediately with local election in November 2023

Less staff time spent processing each ballot request. Eliminates the possibility of ballot not getting time stamped upon arrival.
