• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. An election shall be held to elect one Mayor and two
' Councilmembers on the 7th day of April, 1984. Such
election shall be held at the City Hall, 3200 Diana Dr.,
Richland Hills, Texas from 7:00 o'clock a.m. until
7:00 o'clock p.m.
SECTION 2. Eligible persons wishing to become candidates must file
application with the Ma yor or City Secretary of the City
of Richland Hills, Texas on or before the 7th day of
March, 1984 until 4:30 p.m.
SECTION 3. Absentee voting shall commence in the office of the City
Secretary on the 14th day of March, at 8:00 a.m. and shall
close on the 3rd day of April, 1984 at 4:30 p.m.
SECTION 4. The following persons shall be the Officers who shall con-
duct the election:
RUSS MILLER Election Judge
FRED SCHRODER Assistant Judge
and such other clerks as may be appointed by the Election
Judge.
SECTION 5. The election shall be conducted according to the laws of
the State of Texas.
SECTION 6. The one person for Mayor and two persons for Councilmembers
receiving the highest number of votes, shall be deemed to
have been elected as Mayor and City Councilmembers.
